1. Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on this Site, you agree to the terms of sale. All commercial terms, including price, delivery, and payment, are agreed upon between the Buyer and Rishonn & Reyansh Private Limited.

2. Placement of Order

To purchase products or services, you may browse our range and submit an inquiry or order.

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order and completing payment, you will receive an acknowledgment via email or SMS. This is a confirmation of receipt, not an acceptance of the offer.

• Dispatch Confirmation: The contract of sale is concluded only when the material is dispatched to you and a "Dispatch Confirmation" is sent.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order at no cost any time before the Dispatch Confirmation is sent. Once materials are loaded or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Timeline: Most industrial orders are processed and dispatched within 10–15business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Delivery Scope: For projects within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region, standard delivery terms apply. Locations outside this limit may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated at the time of order finalization.

• Direct Supply: As a direct supplier and contractor, Rishonn & Reyansh handles all logistics from our facility directly to your site.

4. Return and Refund

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of industrial roofing and construction materials, orders are generally non-returnable once delivered in good condition.

• Defects: If any defect is found at the time of delivery, the Buyer must notify us immediately. We will replace the defective part or the entire product subject to availability.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Net Banking/Card/UPI) within 5–7 working days. No cash refunds will be processed.

5. Mode of Payment

We accept payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking (Net Banking), UPI, and authorized Payment Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for industrial supply orders. Full payment must be completed before dispatch.
