Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rishonn & Reyansh Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is committed to providing high-quality industrial roofing and infrastructure solutions. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through www.rishonn.com.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. Cancellation by Customer:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing the order or before the material has been loaded/dispatched for delivery, whichever is earlier.

  • After Dispatch: Once the material has been dispatched from our facility or onsite work has commenced, cancellation requests will be rejected.

  • Processing Fee: For accepted cancellations, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable standard payment gateway transaction charges.

1.2. Cancellation by Rishonn & Reyansh: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to:

  • Limitations on material availability or stock.

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product specifications or pricing.

  • Technical or logistical challenges at the project site.

2. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

2.1. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom-cut and industrial nature of roofing sheets and PEB components, materials cannot be returned once delivered and accepted at the site. 2.2. Replacement Eligibility: A replacement will only be provided if:

  • The material is found to be physically damaged upon delivery (before unloading).

  • The delivered quantity or size differs from the confirmed purchase order. 2.3. Reporting Window: Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us via info@rishonn.com within 48 hours of delivery. The material must be maintained in the same form as delivered for inspection.

3. REFUND PROCESS

3.1. Approval: Once a cancellation or return request is verified and approved, the refund process will be initiated. 3.2. Timeline: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 10 to 14 working days. 3.3. Mode of Refund: No cash refunds will be issued. All refunds are processed electronically to the same account used for the initial transaction.
